Nerezisca is located on the northern side of the
island of Brac, 10 kilometers away from Supetar. There are around 700
inhabitants in the village, mostly growing olives, vineyards and raising
cattle. The village originates from the year 1000. when it was founded by the Venetian
duke Peter II Orseolo. During the year 800. Nerezisca was the administrative
center of the island of Brac. In this rural area the tourism is just beginning,
but kind hospitable people shall offer you accommodation in their appartments
and rooms. If you'd like to feel the true rural atmosphere, and escape from the
